DO I NEED A TRADE ACCOUNT ?

No. Public and trade customers can checkout fast and easy using guest checkout ideal for one off purchases.

HOW DO I REGISTER AN ACCOUNT ?

To be able to buy via Star Vinyls you will need to register an account with us. To do this you will need an email address and a contact phone number. Setting up an account will also allow you to order without having to fill in your name and address details every time you shop and will also give additional benefits such as special offers and discounts. Once registered , you can update your details using the My Account section at any time.

ARE MY DETAILS SECURE ?
You can shop at Star Vinyls secure in the knowledge that your details are safe. To enhance security we do not hold any payment details that you submit to us. If you require further details please see our Privacy policy in terms and conditions.
 
CAN YOU TALK ME THROUGH YOUR ORDER PROCESS ? Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation email detailing what you have bought , how much it costs and delivery options. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase. Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been processed and shipped. For UK deliveries we will also inform you of your tracking reference number for you to track your order direct with the courier companies.
 
I THINK PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING. IS IT ON ITS WAY ? Sometimes although rare your goods may arrive on different dates, so first of all, check your emails from us to see if your items will be arriving separately. You will not be charged any additional postage costs. If the delivery note/invoice in your parcel states an item should be in your parcel but is not, please use the contact form to get in touch with us letting us know which item(s) you believe are missing.
 
HOW CAN I CHECK STOCK LEVELS BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER ? You may wish to check our live stock levels before making an order. This can be done using our contact form requesting such information. This can also be done by calling our sales line between the hours of 10am-4pm Mon-Fri
